Complaint intake and community relations committee for AQILS

CBLS has received the mandate to support AQILS with setting up a complaint intake and community relations committee as well as a complain management protocol. In order to position itself as an ally to the Deaf community, the compliant intake committee will also be taking on the role of educating its members on good professional practices in the field of interpretation.
